I’m not the biggest fan of coldstone because I know it’s gonna cost an arm… Today I took my family for Mother’s Day, upon walking in there was a line of about 8 people and 1 worker. A woman named Kyla, moved with lightning speed zooming back and fourth from ice cream to toppings all while smiling, greeting and holding a conversation with those who initiated it. A real superwoman! We got our order and easily 20 people lined up behind us and this woman never missed a stride, all for probably barely over minimum wage. Serving both those in line and pick up orders. I really hope this review meets the right eyes as this woman deserves countless praise and recognition! After we ate, she wished us a great day and thanked us for coming. We went down to Burlington and in that time she probably served another 50 people no exaggeration, as we left there was still a line out the door. This woman did the work of 10 people all with a smile and joyful spirit, making this store tons of money all on her own! Kyla, you are coldstone! You are the definition of hard work and you are appreciated! Thank you for keeping the store open on an extremely busy, hot, Mothers day!

I visited this Cold Stone Creamery location last night for my first time and overall it was a decent experience. I ordered the Birthday Cake Remix flavor it a waffle cone bowl in the β€œLove It” size. It costed about $10, which is a little pricy but overall it was good. The cashier helping me was friendly & quick.

The lady that helped get my order was super friendly! They made a mistake with my order and immediately fixed it with enthusiasm. They other hand the person that was working cashier seemed annoyed and short even when I’m trying to engage her to small talk and thanking them. Hope management can train them more. It’s not that difficult to be nice. All in all had a great experience. I got the new Reese flavor with more Reese’s. Love it.

We had chocolate with waffle bowl and pineapple sorbet. Chocolate flavor is so creamy, chocolaty and rich. Very well-balanced. For me I don’t think it’s too sweet. Waffle bowl is crunchy and tasty. It did its job well - to hold the ice cream. I’m very impressed with pineapple sorbet flavor. So refreshing, crispy and hint of sourness really surprised me. It has small pineapple chunks in sorbet which I believe it is definitely a finishing touch. Love it.
